THE DEMOCRAT’S DARK HOLE
What a shocker! Gov. Polis decided to commute Tina Peters’ sentence? Why would he do that? The Demo media says “heavy pressure and repeated, aggressive attacks from President Donald Trump” forced him to do it. Really??! He didn’t go along with anything else Pres. Trump said or did. Don’t see him as a pushover. Surely, he knew that the other Democrats would have a fit and even his good buddy Sen. Bennet, having to distance himself from the free-for-all, would not recommend him for his senate seat. So, why?
Polis stated that the case had “always bothered" him because sentencing was “extremely unusual and lengthy" for a first-time, nonviolent offender. It may have bothered him for a long time, but he hasn’t said anything about it before.
I unfortunately got on a chat line after the commutation and boy were those demos upset! People are calling for her to be strung up to a tree, tarred and feathered, and tried as a traitor. But more importantly, it was humorous to see how Demo lovers turned on their beloved governor. “He lost my vote.” (What is he running for? Screwy!) “He’ll never hold office again!” Such vitriol. Why were these people so riled up? Must have been what they had been fed by the Demo media..
So, I had to ask again. What did Pres. Trump say to Gov. Polis that caused him to suddenly “take a dump.” Then, I was inspired to look further into Tina Peter’s case because when all the Mesa County election fraud hit the fan, I wasn’t really engaged. The can of worms was opened and I went down the proverbial rabbit hole but came up redeemed and enlightened.
I’m sure that most of you have heard what the Demo media want you to hear regarding Tina Peters, but I would like you to take a second look at the evidence. I’ll give you a synopsis. Tina had been elected Mesa County Clerk and had conducted 7 elections and the first Presidential primary in 20 years. She was familiar with the Mesa County area and knew the makeup was sixty-five percent to thirty-five percent Republican to Democrat. Three of the candidates that won were Democrats and new to the area. People in the community were complaining about the election and she decided to check the voting machines.
Before that happened, she received a message from Secretary of State, Jena Griswald, that Dominion was going to do a check on the voting machines which would wipe out all information which Tina was required by law to keep for 24 months. Tina had a computer expert preserve the election results prior to the Dominion test (which she was not allowed to watch) and later after the test. The computer expert says that voter information was missing or manipulated. (She has copies of the report.)
After that the FBI invaded her home, arrested her in a public setting, limited her ability to talk, denied ability to travel to events and all the while she had no record of criminal activity. Her husband was a Vietnam vet suffering from Parkinson’s; her son, a Navy Seal, who had died 2 years before; and she is now forced to hire a lawyer. This is a horrifying and troubling story. The Demo government persecuted Trump, the Demo government persecuted her and the Demo Party has to keep blaming Pres. Trump and finding fault with everything and everybody to avoid
having to come to grips with all the underhanded and illegal things their Justice Department did.
Back to the question. Why did Gov. Polis suddenly change his mind? Why is Gov. Polis not running for office? Why is he willing to upset his whole party and suffer being censored and unable to participate or speak at party-sponsored events? In the words of Malcolm X, maybe the “chickens have come home to roost.”
Tina’s faith in God has kept her during all these trials and even though her sentence is commuted, she is still guilty of being a felon. Her attorneys plan to file a petition with the Colorado Supreme Court to overturn her conviction, Case said.
The Colorado Court of Appeals in April ruled that Peters’ sentence was “based in part on improper consideration of her exercise of her right to free speech,” and it ordered a lower court to resentence her.
